Neuromodulators

BOTOX | DYSPORT

Over time, repetitive facial movements lead to fine lines and wrinkles. Botox and Dysport, known as neuromodulators, work by relaxing specific facial muscles, helping reduce the appearance of persistent lines.

Common treatment areas include:

  • Frown lines

  • Lines around the eyes (crow’s feet)

  • Forehead lines

  • Chin dimpling

Additional aesthetic benefits include facial slimming, eyebrow lifts, lip flips, and targeting neckbands.

Medical applications:

  • Excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis)

  • TMJ-related jaw pain

Botox and Dysport offer a versatile, non-invasive approach to smooth, natural-looking results for both cosmetic and medical needs.

Botox $13 per unit

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

DERMAL FILLERS

Juvéderm® and Restylane®, two of our arsenal's most renowned hyaluronic fillers, offer customizable options to achieve your desired look, ranging from subtle and natural to more dramatic.

They work wonders by creating definition and softening shadows across your face, leaving you with a revitalized and radiant outcome. Common areas enhanced with dermal fillers include:

  • Under-eye shadows

  • Sunken temples

  • Hollow cheeks

  • Narrow lips

  • Jawline or chin definition

At EIR, we use dermal fillers to achieve seamless, natural results. We prioritize delivering a sophisticated and elegant appearance. All aesthetic enhancements maintain your unique essence while effortlessly rejuvenating your look.

Regenerative Beauty

PRF | PRF EZGEL

PRF is often called “liquid gold” because it’s a 100% natural blood concentrate that boosts collagen production and regenerates volume over time. Because it comes from your own body, the risk of adverse reaction is extremely low, offering both safety and reassurance.

Many clients love PRF for restoring brightness and volume under the eyes, improving scalp health to encourage hair growth, and softening scars, fine lines, and texture across delicate areas like the neck, chest, and hands.

Popular treatment areas include:

  • Under-eye hollows and dark circles

  • Scalp for hair restoration support

  • Fine lines and skin texture on the face, neck, or chest

Unlike synthetic fillers, PRF EZGEL is a 100% natural filler with no additives or chemicals. The gel form provides added structure, making it ideal for deeper shadows and areas needing more support.

EZGEL is often chosen for:

  • Defining the jawline and chin

  • Softening smile and marionette lines

  • Enhancing lip fullness in a natural way

PRF starting at $600 per treatment
EZGEL starting at $900 per treatment

Biostimulators

SCULPTRA

Collagen is the secret support system beneath your skin, creating the natural volume and lift that give you a youthful, radiant appearance. Over time, collagen production slows — often starting in your 20s — and by age 40, up to 30% of it may be depleted. Stress, genetics, and lifestyle all play a role in accelerating that decline, leading to visible changes like hollowing, sagging, and loss of definition.

Enter Sculptra® — a true game-changer in aesthetics. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that add immediate volume, Sculptra works with your body to stimulate natural collagen production using poly-L-lactic acid. The result is gradual, subtle, and beautifully natural rejuvenation that never looks “overfilled” or “overdone.”

Sculptra can also be layered with dermal fillers for a comprehensive approach to volume and contour. With just a few sessions, results unfold progressively and can last for years — restoring not only fullness but also your skin’s structural integrity and youthful glow.

Adipolytic Injectable

KYBELLA

Kybella® was the first FDA-approved injectable treatment designed to permanently reduce submental fullness — the unwanted fat that creates the appearance of a “double chin.” It works by harnessing a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid, a substance your body naturally produces to help break down fat.

When precisely injected beneath the chin, Kybella destroys fat cells for good, allowing your jawline to appear slimmer, more defined, and beautifully contoured over time.

Most clients achieve their desired results in a series of 2–3 sessions, with gradual improvements revealing themselves over the course of a few months. Once the fat cells are gone, they do not return — making Kybella a lasting investment in your profile and confidence.

Filler Dissolver

HYLENEX® FILLER DISSOLVER

At EIR, we believe every enhancement should feel seamless and natural. Hylenex® is an injectable treatment used to dissolve hyaluronic acid–based dermal fillers when results are not as desired, or if migration has occurred over time.

Whether you’re looking to refine or reset your results, or you’ve noticed changes in filler placement over the years, Hylenex provides a safe, effective solution. Our providers use it with precision and care — always prioritizing your confidence, comfort, and beautifully balanced results.

INVESTMENT: Starting at $150 per vial

  • Botox and Dysport are both neuromodulators that target the same concerns. Botox and Dysport differ in how they are formulated, how fast they work, and how much they spread in the injected tissue.

The dosing for these products varies slightly. Your skilled injector will adjust the dosage accordingly, depending on the chosen product, to achieve your desired results.

Dysport works slightly faster than Botox, so you may start to see results in as little as 3 to 5 days, whereas Botox may take up to 4 to 7 days. Both products last 3 to 4 months.

  • Absolutely! With TMJ, there is pain and dysfunction in the jaw joint and surrounding muscles. Not only does the jaw become tense and painful, but facial pain, headaches and earaches are not uncommon with this disorder.

Neuromodulators temporarily relax the muscles used for jaw movement. The jaw muscles are excessively tense or overactive; neuromodulators can reduce spasms and clenching. Which provides substantial pain relief.

It is important to note that neuromodulators are temporary, so the results may last a few months and repeat treatments may be needed to maintain symptom relief.

  • Botox administered by a trained medical professional is incredibly safe and beneficial. The doses required for aesthetic procedures are so small that there is no risk of toxicity.

Botox is a synthetic protein derived from Clostridium botulinum. It has been safely used for over 40 years.

Botox stays localized in muscles and doesn't migrate from the injection site. Muscle paralysis is temporary and occurs by blocking the neurotransmitter responsible for contractions. This reduces the appearance of wrinkles caused by repetitive muscle movement.

  • Depending on the severity, skin quality, and patient preference, we usually recommend utilizing more than one treatment modality to treat neck lines or wrinkles.

Neuromodulators are commonly used, as well as a “small molecule” dermal filler, or a natural biostimulator (PRF).

  • This is 'overfilled facial syndrome,' which happens when the face is overfilled (typically over time) and the natural face anatomy is distorted. Long story short….the answer is no if the correct fillers are injected in the correct tissue plane and a conservative approach is taken.

When done correctly by an expert injector, fillers beautifully soften shadows, contour the face, and restore a youthful, refreshed appearance.

FAQ

  • Hylenex is a product we use to reverse undesired outcomes from fillers. We keep it on hand in the clinic for this specific reason.

Your expert injector will be ready to evaluate whether it is needed and proceed with administration.

  • Downtime following PRF or PRF EZGEL treatment may include redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site.

Injection site redness typically subsides within a few hours to a couple of days. Swelling may persist longer lasting 3 to 5 days. Bruising is patient dependent but may last 7 to 10 days. Some patients might also feel slight tenderness or experience minor discomfort in the treated area.

You can anticipate returning to your regular activities right after the procedure, although avoiding strenuous exercise, excessive sun exposure, and certain skincare products for the first 48-72 hours is advisable.

Our specific aftercare instructions will help minimize potential side effects and optimize your results.

  • Sculptra is an injectable cosmetic treatment known as a collagen stimulator. Traditional fillers add volume to the desired areas of the face immediately upon injection.

Sculptra works by stimulating the body's natural collagen production. This results in gradual texture and volume improvement over months.

Sculptra is best suited for areas of the face with larger volume loss like: cheeks, jawline, temples.

Compare this to traditional fillers that are great for targeted areas like: lips, smile lines, under eyes.

Sculptra requires a series of treatments, typically spaced every 4 to 6 weeks to achieve best results.
