The Season of Skin Renewal
Fall brings change, and your skin often feels it, too.
After months of sun, heat, travel, and time outdoors, you may be noticing more pigmentation, dehydration, uneven texture, or changes in your skin barrier. As cooler, drier weather arrives, your skin may begin asking for something different.
At EIR aesthetics & wellness, we see this transition as an opportunity to check in. What does your skin need right now? What has changed since summer? And what choices will best support your skin in the months ahead?
That is why, this October, we are focusing on thoughtful, personalized care for the season ahead. We are also celebrating an important team milestone, expanding the specialized care we offer, introducing new skincare and treatment options, and creating new ways to care for your skin consistently throughout the year.
Celebrating Jorie
We could not talk about what is happening at EIR this October without starting with someone who plays such an important role in the care we provide.
October marks Jorie's one-year anniversary at EIR!
With more than 15 years of experience in aesthetics, Jorie brings deep knowledge and a genuine commitment to the people she treats. As a Certified Laser Technician, Laser Safety Officer, and iS Clinical Cancer Care Certified provider, she approaches every treatment with expertise, intention, and thoughtful care.
She also continues to build on that experience. Most recently, Jorie attended the XERF Master Class at the Cynosure Lutronic Academy, bringing advanced education in this technology back to our patients at EIR.
But beyond her credentials and experience, the care she shows her patients and our team has made her such an important part of EIR.
We can hardly remember EIR without her, and we are so grateful for everything she has brought to our team and our patients over the past year.
Happy first anniversary, Jorie! We are so lucky to have you.
Specialized Care During Cancer Treatment
One of Jorie's certifications is especially meaningful to us this October.
As we recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are reminded that caring for your skin can look very different during cancer treatment. While October brings special awareness to those affected by breast cancer, supporting people in our community undergoing chemotherapy or radiation is something we care deeply about throughout the year.
Cancer treatments can leave the skin especially sensitive, dry, and fragile. Products or treatments that were once well tolerated may no longer feel appropriate as the skin changes.
Jorie's iS Clinical Cancer Care Certification gives her specialized training in safely caring for skin affected by cancer treatments and allows us to offer the iS Clinical Harmony Facial with these unique needs in mind.
The treatment begins with a creamy cleanser gently massaged onto the skin, followed by a rejuvenating masque that provides a soothing, cooling experience. We may also incorporate a hand and arm massage, creating a quiet opportunity to rest while your skin receives gentle, thoughtful care.
We are honored to offer the first Harmony Facial complimentary to anyone currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation.
If you are currently in treatment, or know someone who is, we would be honored to welcome you into EIR.
Our Fall Skincare Recommendation
Thoughtful seasonal care continues at home, too.
After a summer of increased sun exposure, concerns like dark spots, uneven tone, texture, and dehydration can become more noticeable. At the same time, cooler weather makes supporting hydration and the skin barrier increasingly important.
That is why our fall skincare recommendation is the new Epionce Ultra Refining Lytic Serum, now available at EIR.
This lightweight serum combines botanical extracts, humectants, antioxidants, and vitamins A, B, C, and E to exfoliate while gently supporting the skin barrier. It can help improve the visible appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, uneven tone, texture, elasticity, and overall radiance.
Despite its exfoliating benefits, the formula is gentle enough for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It is also safe for pregnant and nursing mothers and can help address pregnancy-related melasma.
We're especially excited to have this product available as we transition into fall because it gives us another way to personalize your at-home routine around what your skin needs now.
Ask us about Ultra Refining Lytic Serum at your next appointment, and we can help determine whether it has a place in your fall skincare routine.
Your Skin Is a Lifelong Investment
Of course, seasonal care is only one piece of a much bigger picture.
At EIR, we believe your skin is something worth caring for not only this fall, but through every season and stage of life. That philosophy is at the heart of Ingrid's article in the October issue of Greet Erie, where EIR is featured.
Ingrid explores why your skin is a lifelong investment and what it means to make thoughtful choices that support your skin as it changes over time. We don’t want to give too much away, but inside you will also find a certificate for 15% off your first service at EIR.
We love being part of this community and are grateful to Greet Erie for the opportunity to share more about who we are and what we believe.
New at EIR This Fall
Part of caring for your skin over time is having options as your needs, concerns, and goals evolve.
This October, we are expanding those options at EIR with DAXXIFY® and the RHA® Collection of dermal fillers from Revance, as well as XERF treatments for the body.
For us, introducing something new is never simply about adding another product or device to the treatment menu. It is about having the right tools available to create a plan that makes sense for the person sitting in front of us.
And the technology itself is only one part of that care.
Provider education, treatment technique, customization, and protocol can all influence the treatment you receive. Jorie's recent XERF Master Class at the Cynosure Lutronic Academy is one example of the continued education our team pursues as we expand what we offer at EIR.
With XERF specifically, even treatments performed with the same technology can look different depending on the protocol. Some treatments, for example, may include fewer radiofrequency shots than a more comprehensive treatment.
At EIR, you should understand what your treatment includes, why we recommend it, and how it fits into your individual plan.
That philosophy applies whether we are talking about XERF, injectables, laser treatments, facials, or skincare.
Advanced technology matters. But the person behind it matters more.
A More Consistent Approach to Skin Renewal
If there is a theme running through everything happening at EIR this October, it is this: your skin changes, and the way you care for it should change with it.
But responding to those changes does not have to mean starting over every season or waiting until a concern appears.
Sometimes, the most meaningful thing you can give your skin is consistency.
With that in mind, we are introducing two new EIR treatment experiences this fall: The EIR Skin Ritual for the face and The EIR Body Renewal for the body.
Both are built on the same idea: personalized care over time.
The EIR Skin Ritual
Four seasons. Four treatments. One consistent commitment to your skin.
Your skin changes throughout the year, so your skincare should, too.
The EIR Skin Ritual is our new quarterly facial experience designed to create a consistent rhythm of professional care throughout the year while still giving us the flexibility to respond to what your skin needs in each season.
Every three months, we check in with your skin and customize your treatment based on what it needs now. Depending on the season, your skin, and your goals, that might mean hydration, exfoliation, brightening, congestion control, rejuvenation, barrier support, or simply a reset.
Each quarterly EIR Skin Ritual includes:
A personalized facial
Seasonal treatment customization
Complimentary LED therapy
Personalized skincare guidance
Priority rebooking
A $50 EIR skincare credit after completing your fourth quarterly treatment
For fall, our focus is Restore.
September through November is a natural time to help your skin recover from summer and prepare for cooler weather, with an emphasis on hydration, pigmentation, texture, sun recovery, and barrier support.
Then, as the seasons change, your treatment changes with them.
The consistency remains. The care evolves.
Because your best skin is not a one-time result. It is a ritual.
The EIR Body Renewal
3 customized XERF body treatments | $5,250 ($750 savings)
That same thoughtful approach to skin renewal does not have to stop at the face.
Pregnancy, aging, weight fluctuations, hormones, and other natural changes can affect the firmness, texture, and resilience of the skin on areas like the abdomen, arms, thighs, knees, and bra line.
Your body does not need to change. Your skin may need a little support.
The EIR Body Renewal is our new 90-day series of three customized XERF body treatments designed for skin that has become less firm, less smooth, or more crepey over time.
XERF uses controlled radiofrequency energy to heat targeted tissue and support collagen remodeling, helping improve the appearance of skin laxity and firmness.
The EIR Body Renewal may help improve the appearance of:
Loose or lax skin
Crepey skin texture
Reduced firmness
Post-weight-loss skin laxity
Changes in skin quality associated with aging
Depending on your needs, we may customize treatment for areas including the abdomen, arms, thighs, knees, bra line, or other appropriate areas.
Your experience begins with a consultation, where we evaluate your skin and discuss what you hope to improve. From there, we customize each treatment to your skin, treatment area, and individual goals.
Treatment mapping and progress photography let us track your response throughout the 90-day series, make adjustments as needed, and reassess at the end to discuss next steps or maintenance.
The goal is not to change your body. It is to help your skin look and feel firmer, smoother, and more refined.
Individual results vary. XERF is not a weight-loss treatment. Treatment candidacy and expected results vary by individual.
Fall into Skin Renewal This October
A lot is happening at EIR this October, but none of it is about doing more simply for the sake of doing more.
It is about having thoughtful options for caring for your skin as it changes.
For you, fall renewal might mean addressing pigmentation or dehydration left behind by summer. It might mean adjusting your at-home routine, beginning a consistent quarterly facial practice, exploring support for the skin on your body, or simply having a conversation about what your skin needs next.
No single treatment, product, or routine works for everyone.
That is why we start by listening.
At EIR aesthetics & wellness, we take the time to understand your skin, your concerns, and your goals so we can help you make informed choices about what makes sense for you.
Your skin changes. Your care should evolve with it.
